Summary: Room was clean however there was a show going on at the KeyBank arena literally right down the street, where event goers were parking it the hotel lot. Staff did nothing about these parkers, making it impossible for us to park our car. We paid $18 a night to park and couldn't even get a spot at 5pm. Not happy about this at all.
